The warm welcome extended to us and our 6-month-old baby and 1-year-old puppy made us feel right at home. Lotte's hospitality shone through, ensuring our stay was as enjoyable as possible. And let's not forget about breakfast - a true highlight! The convenient pet amenities available and the helpful tours and ticket assistance added to our overall experience. the accommodation's terrace with garden views was a lovely retreat, perfect for enjoying a welcome drink or simply relaxing after a day of exploring.
